If your transponder was leased or purchased from a different agency (not Skyway), please contact the Illinois Tollway for I-Pass or your E-ZPass agency’s customer service center

Phone inquiries are available only during business hours: Monday to Thursday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST) and Fridays (9:00 AM to 2:00 PM CST)
