As the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) begins to have an increased impact on our communities, we feel it’s important to connect directly with you to share more about the steps we’re taking to help keep you, our employees and our community safe and healthy.
The health and safety of our customers and employees has always been our top priority. Over the past few weeks, we have increased the frequency and extent of our daily equipment cleanings. We have added additional resources like hand sanitizer and encouraged employees who handle cash to wear gloves. We are also ensuring our employees have the information they need to stay healthy or stay home if they aren’t feeling well.
All of these practices and our business decisions are informed by guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
An additional resource to maintain social distancing would be opting to use electronic tolling. You can purchase a transponder, which can be used in 17 states via the EZPass group, through various local agencies:
